Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
co-sponsored and led by Chris Warner of Santi Yoga & Wellness of West Boxford
Join us for a 6-week series introducing the practice, techniques and benefits of Mindfulness (or 'Insight') Meditation. If you have been curious about meditation, would like to develop a practice of your own, or simply want to be a part of a community of like-minded practitioners, please join us.

From the perspective of Leonardo da Vinci’s working methods, participants will receive an engaging hands-on experience of pastel painting with beginning to advanced techniques.
All levels from beginner to experienced artists are welcome and ALL supplies are provided!
